Baby's third trimester

The growth spurt is well and truly on during baby's third trimester and she will grow from just under 1 kg up to her birth weight of between 3-4 kg over this period. All her organs will progress to complete maturity, her eyes will be open when she's awake and she may have even scratched herself with her lovely long fingernails!
