Cramps during pregnancy are a sudden pain in your thigh, calf, and/or foot, followed by a general ache.

Cramps during pregnancy are a sudden pain in your thigh, calf, and/or foot, followed by a general ache. More common in the third trimester.
Cramps may be caused by low calcium levels in the blood, or they can be due to salt deficiency. Check with your doctor.
- Massage the area very firmly.
- Flex your foot up and push into the heel.
